L&D Events Programme Coordinator - 12 Months FTC
Join our fantastic team at Fieri and help play a key part in delivering meaningful and high-impact global leadership events.
Role Overview
We are looking for a super motivated L&D Events Programme Coordinator based in the Bath/Bristol/Swindon area, who is passionate about event management to join our friendly and fantastic team at Fieri Leadership on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract.
Our Programme Coordinators play a key role in supporting the event management and delivery of high-quality, international leadership development programmes. Working closely with Programme Managers, Client Directors, and Team Leads, the role focuses on two key areas:
- Event / Programme Management – You’ll assist in the coordination and preparation of Fieri’s leadership development events and programmes. This includes supporting logistics, materials, learner communications, system updates, and occasional on-site delivery. You’ll help ensure events run smoothly, safely, and professionally.
- Client and Account Management Support – You’ll provide helpful, professional communication with clients and learners, keeping them informed and supported. You'll work with the Programme Manager and Client Director to maintain accurate records, prepare event information, and assist with post-event feedback and reporting.
This is a fast-paced and varied role ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and interested in growing their skills in event coordination and learning & development.
This is a hybrid role. Initially, to help you get up to speed, you will be expected to spend 2–3 days a week co-working face-to-face in a designated shared office alongside the Programme Manager.
The co-working space location will be chosen local to you and the Programme Manager to minimise travel and will be located in either Bath, Bristol or Swindon.
Over time, you’ll have greater flexibility to work more from home, while still making use of the co-working space as needed.
