ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking China-based, Mandarin-speaking Leadership Development Facilitators / Coaches to deliver a series of our pre-designed, online leadership masterclass courses taking place throughout October and November 2025.

As part of a large global leadership programme for one of our clients, you will play a key role in facilitating multiple live online masterclass courses each day, ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience for participants.

We are looking for individuals who can deliver online training with confidence and credibility across key leadership topics, including Communication Skills, Resilience & Wellbeing, Prioritisation & Decision Making, and Leading Through Change.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing network of global freelance associates and contribute to the development of leaders across the region.

Key requirements:

• Ability to deliver/facilitate multiple online leadership masterclasses per day with energy and consistency.

• Based in China, to facilitate smooth delivery within local timezones.

• Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to proofread documents in Mandarin to a professional standard. 

• Confident communicator in English, to collaborate with our UK-based programme team.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

Lead Coaches

• Overall responsibility for leading the online delivery of the pre-designed course content in an effective and engaging way to ensure the learning outcomes are met.

Assistant Coaches

• Assist the lead coach with the online delivery of the sessions as well as providing administrative support throughout each course.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

Essential criteria:

• Availability to deliver multiple online leadership development masterclass courses in China during October and November 2025.
• Ability to deliver/facilitate the online courses in Mandarin, and also be able to communicate with the UK-based programme team in English.

A background in one or more of the following areas is highly advantageous:

• High performance environments
• Military leadership
• Academic expertise
• Corporate leadership executive coaching
• Performance or Occupational Psychology
• Adventure and expeditions
• Academia - Performance

WHAT WE OFFER

• GBP Rate per 90-minute online masterclass:
  • Lead Coach - dependent on experience, from £175 per 90-minute online masterclass; 
  • Assistant Coach - dependent on experience, from £125 per 90-minute online masterclass.
• Potential opportunity to deliver 2-3 x online masterclass courses per day, dependent on masterclass scheduling.
• Facilitator/Coach training will be provided.
• All online resources including course material, facilitator guides, slide decks and learning materials are provided.
